Just been to see a Neff Microwave that is displaying the error code ER4 on the display screen, Also both screens go very dim. The fault seems to happen either a couple of seconds after turning the microwave on (by the plug) or immediately after pressing start. I’m suspecting a board fault? Any ideas?
