neff not cleaning

Neff S5543X1GB/17 The top spray arm does not rotate, lower arm rotates but probably not at full speed. Spray arms and pipework inside machine are clear of debris. Is there anything else to look for? 🙁

Faulty capacitor, faulty recirc pump would be the first two if all the spray arms are clear, unless this is one where the C-tube can fail.

If you have checked, especially the ribbed pipe at the front from metering unit to sump, and there is water just below the bottom spray arm mount, then I would be looking at the recirculation motor; either weak,start capacitor or possibly the impeller may have become detached.
If that is the case you will need p/no 165813 available from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk 😀

Unplug appliance before investigating further :plug:
