    Have Neff washer dryer ENR V4380X0GB/13. Washes fine but dryer not getting hot. The dryer element is ‘open curcuit’ so no good but voltmeter only shows 30v to the heater terminals. Do you think something else may have been damaged when the heater ‘blew’?
