NEFF or Bosch Fridge Freezer (or other recommendations?)

We need to replace our failed Electrolux built in fridge freezer. It’s only 18 months old but has been declared unrepairable by Service Force after four attempts. Electrolux have offered us £180 towards a replacement but after the trouble we’ve had with it I’d rather pay extra for something more reliable. Have narrowed it down to these two;

Bosch KIN32A41
NEFF K9724

Needs to be integrated, 50/50 and frost free. Won’t keep many drinks in it and will be kept in normal room temperature.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

They are both from the same stable, typical selling price is similar as well. Reading into the spec and comparing interiors I see the Bosch is slightly cheaper to run. Both will come with the same two year warranty and both will give you excellent service.
