    This oven is over heating. It continues to heat but doesn’t cut out. The customer said it happened after it had been cleaned. Any common faults?.

    its full electronic so its either

    a coincidence and the fault would happen anyway

    or water has got somewhere

    you say it never cuts out but I expect some sort of limit

    suggest you take thermometer with you set it on very low temp and see
