Neff oven cooling fan

Hey dudes, I went to a Neff built under oven model JIHCC0AN0B/01 and the cooling fan never turns off. So I turn on grill briefly and cooling fan turns on and when I turn grill off cooling fan also goes off. BUT when I leave main oven on for a while and cooling fan is activated it then never turns off.

So my question is after seeing many temperature limiters and a “switch” which looks like a resistor which part actually is responsible for turning it On and Off again?

resistor heats up and activates thermostat which turns on fan

when oven off it cools down slowly allowing fan to run on

to prove its the problem you need to run with the lid off and disconnect one wire from the stat when it sticks on
