Our Neff built in oven is not heating up properly i have checked the bottom element and this is working and the top element is as well.
The cooling fan is switching on after a set time aswell.
The circulation fan at the back is not coming on i am reluctant to just go ahead and change this part straight away as when i have the oven in test there is no voltage between the fan terminals.
Could this point to a problem with the selector switch or is the fan switch via something else?
The oven model number is B1476NoGB/01.
    Thank you

could be the switch but if it is you may struggle as the neff site show no stock which could mean its obsolete

Does the fan motor turn easily ?

I dont think the fan is turning as freely as it should i have spun it round and cleaned it up and will check again, probably try putting the oven through a cleaning cycle.
    Thank you for your reply

if the fan is not turning and the fan element is on it may damage the element as its designed to work with an airflow

have you tried turning on and givinf the fan a push to see if its trying to turn

Thank you for your reply on this oven there is not a fan element it has a element on the top which is for grilling and it has an element under the oven base, this oven only gets used for part of the year during the summer as we have an aga but we turn this off during the summer months as the kitchen gets to hot.
It seems that maybe due to lack of use the fan was not rotating as freely as it should and now i have got it going it looks like it might be ok.
Thank you again for your replys and hopefully it will now be ok.
