Neff oven with the tuck under door B45E54N0GB/01.. every now and then the door jumps off the guides and stick. Can not see an obvious problem, recently changed the handle bearing (£140) as the hubby obviously destroyed it when it stuck.. it is not the only customer I have with the problem and have spoken to Neff who say there is no major problem with them?? Anyone know if there is a problem and the cure?
