Neff oven-hinge problem

    I have a built-in Neff oven Model No.U1320N2GB/05

    The main oven door has a certain amount of spring tension but after toggling over at the top of the swing it will not close against the seal at all.Gap is about 1cm.

    Would this be adjustment? If so, how do you adjust the spring?

    If I need to change the hinge which part would I need as there seems to be quite a few expensive component parts listed?

    Only way would be to replace the hinges
