Neff oven/microwave – microwave not heating food correctly

Hi All
I have a Neff C18MT37N0B/06 thats not heating food very well, ie it takes 7 minutes to heat porridge in a morning. Its never been a great microwave actually its all ways been rubbish but now its even worse. Anybody know whats properly wrong and an estimate to fix the microwave part of the oven?

these are normally good units as they are built on panasonic parts

you need to do a power test which involves putting 2 500ml of water in contaners and heating on full power for 62 secs

if you measure the average temp gain you can get a power output for your unit

google how to do it

if used a lot the magnetrons loose power over time
