Neff oven no heat and main fan not working

Hi all
I have a Neff B1432N2 GB /05 electric fan oven. It went pop the other day tripping the house fuse box in the process. My immediate thought was that the heating element had failed, again ( last replaced 3 years ago). Upon checking it’s open circuit. I fitted a replacement but it hasn’t fixed the problem. There’s power going to oven as clock is on, but no heat from new element or top grill if I turn that on. The rear fan isn’t working either (spins very freely by hand, no sticky points) just the top one comes on.

The oven is now sitting safely disconnected with the back off. Where do I go from here? When the element failed could something else have suffered damage at the same time?

Any help welcome. Could do without replacing it if at all possible.
