Neff oven selector switch

Neff U1421N0GB/01 selector switch & wiring burnt out. Ordered new switch from Appliance Care Pt. No. 181660. They sent a “substitute” switch Pt. No. 602724 which is totally different. There were no instructions with it & their technical department “doesn`t support outside organisations”. Can I use it with some wiring alterations & has anyone got a wiring diagram as the wires are badly chared.

I will send wiring diagrams over but do not have mod from old selector to new. 😥

Thanks for the reply Greg. I managed to trace out the wires and work out the switching on Saturday but it would have been a lot easier with the diagrams ❗ Anyway, I left the customer happy with a working oven only to get a call this morning (Monday) saying it wasn`t heating 😕 Turned out the element had gone open circuit :rolls: Anyway, left the customer happy again and thats me done until the new year 😀 Thanks once again and have a good one yourself.
