Neff Oven – Slide and Hide – B44NS32N5GB/01 smashed inner glass

A customer called me out for this job, the inner glass is smashed. It would need a new glass but I have not dealt with this oven before. I have located on Neff spares that there is a replacement glass at the cost of £200 but it is confusing as it appears to be that it falls under that big dotted ring which implies a whole assembly of a door at the cost of £360. My take on this that if it is advertised as separate and listed as replacement part then it must be a replacement part so the glass should be in theory be replaced rather than replace the whole door.

Can anyone give me some pointers or instructions on how to remove the door off the oven and how to replace the glass?

if glass is listed its available on its own but you have the option of a whole door which includes all the items in the box

you may find it in the owners manual as these are usually removable for cleaning and probably just clips on
