Neff oven thermostat – 4 spade to 2 spade

hi all.

the thermostat in my neff fan oven (u17m42n0) seems to have gone.

the part in the oven is neff 55.17069.080 but seems to have been phased out for 55.17069.210.

problem is – the new model is only 2 spade connectors whilst the old one is 4.

Any advice???

how many wires connected to the old stat ?

the old stat will only have 2 connections but just has 2 spade connectors for each one

Hi Dave

It is 4 spades in 2 pairs

grey + red/white stripe

and then black + red on the lower one

edit: is it a case of piggybacking both cables onto a single spade?

double edit: I’m an idiot – they are already piggybacked
