Neff oven U1442N0gb/10 cooling fan cut in

Hi,

ive just had a customer call to say that their Neff oven cooling fan stays on all the time unless they switch it off at the wall. It had been intermittent because they called a couple of months ago with the fault and cancelled because it rectified itself but they got up this morning having used it late last night and it was still running.

I can only only put it down to a cooling fan cut in or at a long shot a broken cam on the oven selector but I have told to to check the knob functionality and they say there is no play.

Can anybody identify the cooling fan cut it? I can’t just work out which it is from the photos.

Any help appreciated as always.

i would say on the page before the fan item 413 part no 154836 item description “switch time lag fan”
