    Hello

    we have an issue with this Neff cooker, main oven will heat up nicely to 200deg, however if you turn the thermostat down and then back up again the stat neon comes on but the oven looses heat, fan still runs, nut no power to the element, we know the thermostat is ok,
    any ideas , I was thinking possibly part number BSH607329 but im not actually not sure what it does.

    any help please

    Temperature limiter maybe? (Part no: 00057895)
