Can I send my heartfelt thanks to the contributors on this forum who suggested I buy Neff or Siemens for baking. Never looked back since purchase of a Neff.

We’re making all the well loved family recipes again. Something my Whirlpool Oven circa 1997 completely failed to do.

For making family celebrations good again, I thank you. 😀 😀 😀

    Hi Scotmum

Thanks for the kind words I`m glad we were able to help. It`s so nice when people take the trouble to say thankyou, usually you only hear about the horror stories.

Out of curiosity which Neff model did you decide on and where did you purchase from?

You never know it may help someone else in the future with a similar enquiry.

    Hi,

    I bought the B1422. Did everything I wanted at a decent price – £438.
Bought on-line from Boots Kitchen Appliances (operated by DRL Limited). http://www.bootskitchenappliances.com

I’d done a search to see who had the best price. Boots came out tops with the added bonus of mega amount of Advantage Card Points.

Delivered within a week. E-mailed beforehand to say when delivery would take place, that the appliance would be unpacked and packaging removed by the Delivery Team.

Telephoned the day before to ensure I would be at home within the 4 hour slot of Tuesday morning. Must have been last on the lorry as arrived at dawn. 😆

Follow up email same day, to check customer satisfaction.

Good experience. No hesitation in recommending Boots. 😀
