I have a 12 year old Neff Pyrolitic oven model b15p42n0gb/02 which cut out when in it’s Pyrolitic cleaning cycle. It was on the highest setting.
Since it cut out the door is locked and there appears to be no power to the appliance. The display isn’t lit in any way.
The house fuse/rcd hasn’t blown and the combi oven next to this, which is on the same 45a switch, is still working.

I’m trying to work out what’s happened, does the oven have another fuse somewhere that may have gone?

(I don’t know if this is related, but 2 years ago the internal light blew and a new bulb didn’t fix it. I suspect that the lighting circuit is faulty – Since then the internal oven light hasn’t worked)

thanks in advance

has it come back on now its cooled down as there is normally and the lamp has probably blown the board when it blew

electrofix thanks for the reply Dave. No there is still apparently no power to the appliance and it has fully cooled (it went off around 40 hours ago now)
thanks

Okay – checked power supply – all intact. Took the cover off the oven and found a component on the control board had failed – pictures linked:

bet that pink wire goes to your lamp so will only affect that

in short its not the answer to your no power problem
