    Not been to this tumble dryer yet, but the customer says that she sets the programme as normal, presses start and all that happens is that the display showns minutes remaining and proceeds to count down in real time without anything happening. Anybody got any ideas? Is there a display mode on this machine that could have been inadvertantly activated?

    Thanks for that BSH-MAN. She’s just been on the phone to say that it’s working again! Seems that when her husband pulled it out in preparation for me (bless them), he unplugged it for a while and when he plugged it back in again and tried it, it worked OK. She’s done a load since and all ok. May just be a case of” have you tried turning it off and on again?” Watch this space….
