    Serviced this machine today- water way & pump area was blocked with sludge – refitted and done a quick test, heated ok / drawer filled with water.
    got a re -call , after about 10 /15minutes into cycle fluff / filter light flashing !!
    but there is no blockage in filters / there is a NTC fitted in the airway, but not sure if this could be the problem,
    any expert advice would be welcome. thanks john.

    In that case the front duct NTC could well be the problem.
