Neff R4381X1GB/04 integrated T/D

I was at one of these today and it doesn’t run when you press start. If you muck around with the open door button it sometimes starts, so I’m assuming it’s the door lock.

Simple question – how do you get at it?

There are 4 screws in the front inner panel, but it can’t come out without more disassembly. The fascia doesn’t seem to come off unless I need to use brute force. Take the screws out on the underside of the front, but it won’t come off. Between being constantly watched and told how wonderful the guy they used to get was (who’s retired) they were close to being force fed the dryer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for that. What an over-engineered sod of a thing to get into. Still couldn’t get it apart, but managed enough to get it changed.
