Customer states works for approx. 1 minute on auto then stops with clean filter and empty container lights on. Any ideas guys before I go into this one blind??
Thinking thermistor as it did work on timed OK, but where is sensor located?

As you can see from the exploded parts diagram on the Neff website there’s a front duct NTC and a rear heater NTC 😉

The front NTC (00613753) a likely suspect.
