We need a wash pump for this one but Bosch don’t list any spares at all for this model although they do recognise the model number.

We’ve tried ordering one from the same series but the connector block has a different fitting.

These are the two pumps, new on the left, old on the right and you can see the difference.

So, does anyone have a part number for the correct pump with the same size connectors all in a row please?

You’ve got yourself a real oddball appliance there Clive I’m afraid. 🙁

Not listed on their main site either, no parts list, diagrams..NOTHING!

It’s gonna involve ringing BSH spares dept I’m afraid in order to resolve this. It could be one of at least 4 different heat pumps or perhaps a connector block converter kit of some kind maybe? 😕 😐

Yep…the only issue with a different connector block to convert the connection is the original pump has seven contacts and the replacement only six.
