    Machine seems to be stuck in wash cycle, it will heat up,but doesnt advance to empty just keeps on ‘swishing’ forever(according to the customer).I cant seem to reset it to empty and all the lights are on. Is there a reset procedure?Help please.

    Have you checked the float microswitch? Is the black rubber sump hose clear? No ‘reset’ on this machine it has a mechanical timer you’ll need to advance manually with a screwdriver (or whatever suits you best). You say it heats up so what are the stats like? Does the pump work if you advance the timer? Is the inlet/safety valve operating OK?

    A few things to check. 😉

    Thanks Martin ,I only had a perfunctory look at this the other day as I was in the area when the call came in.Didnt realise it has a mechanical timer as I only played with the buttons to try and reset it . I’ll give it amore detailed look on monday.

    Float microswitch is where I would check first. 😉
