neff s4443n6gb15 dw not stopping?

this dishwasher is not stopping at the end of the cycle, ive not seen it at the end but when i reset/end the program it should drain for a couple of mins then stop with the end beeps but this just keeps draining, the customar says its been on all night like that, its doing everthing else ok appart from the end. module is about £100 so dont want to guess.
(transfer hose is clean and no water in base)

This machine is subject to a safety recall by Neff and they will replace the module FOC. It’s best to advise your customer first of all about the official safety issues I would suggest.
