For a few weeks the lower rotor arm on our Neff S4443W6GB dishwasher does not appear to spin or does so very infrequently. I have cleaned the filters including the Pip filter three times, and replaced the rotor arm because it was hitting the feed tube to the upper rotor on one wing. I noticed that there is a switch valve whos purpose would appear to be to alternate which rotor is fed from the sump pump.
Should this switch valve, which appears to be a plastic disc with a couple of holes in it, spin freely and is driven by the flow of water. Or is it supposed to be driven by a seperate actuator? any help would be appreciated. ❓
