    Hi Been to this today, customer says that machine works fine apart from the eco wash. The machine only has 3 settings. A 35deg quick wash, eco 50deg and normal 65deg wash. They are all ok apart from the eco wash. It does the pre rinse and then just gets stuck on wash, there seems to be some heat but not hot enough. It will just keep on washing on this setting.
    Any pointers on this one?

    Only 2 places to look I would think on this one, PCB for burnt relay terminal or heater unit? Filling with enough water is it by the way?

    Thanks Martin,
    Yeah machine is filling up ok plenty of water. I did think to check the PCB but the fact that it heats ok on the other washes I thought it must have been ok.
