Neff S44E45B0-GB/14 ???

Customer has just read that Enr number to me on the phone but i cannot find it on the Neff spares site. 🙁

Complaint of tap symbol coming up after a short fill, is that a kosher model number and if so does it have an impellor jug?

Yes the Enr is good (S44E45B0GB/14)

It does have the usual impeller jug though this is the plastic tub job so could be blocked pump or flooded base….?

It is a valid ENR, found it on BSH spares site and yes it does have an impellor jug, part number 424099.

DonJust a quick question regarding the enr that Jim provided.I put it in on the bosch site but it came up no appliances found..this has happened a few times for me anyone any ideas why ??

Not sure TBH, I got as far as entering S44E and the auto complete just came up with S44E43…….. 😕

I was using the Neff web site though, not the Bosch one.
