NEFF S513K60X1G not draining

Good morning.
We’ve had our fully integrated NEFF S513K60X1G for about two months, however yesterday we noticed it hadn’t pumped out the water from the last cycle. I checked the filter was clean, made sure the drain pipe wasn’t kinked or visibly blocked and tried to run it again. As soon as it starts up you hear a couple of clicks – presumably it trying to drain, then the machine beeps, and the screen displays an error code: E19.

I’ve tried to Google the error code, but I can’t find any solid info about what it means. I was just wondering if anyone here had any insight, or suggestions on how I can fix it? It is still under warranty so we are eligible to get an engineer out, however if it’s something really simple I’d rather not have to wait for Neff to send someone.

Any help or suggestions would be gratefully received.

the pump on that machine can be accessed through the door. remove filter and there is a removable cover over the pump impellor. this will allow you to remove any blockage, normally glass

you instruction book normally had instruction on how to do it

Hi Dave,

Thanks for getting back to me. I removed the filter and the cover over the impeller and had a feel about, but there is nothing blocking it – I was able to turn it without any difficulty. I also checked the manual but there doesn’t seem to be any entry for an E19 error.

Any idea what else it could be?

Does the pump run when you try it? If it runs but still does not drain your looking at a blockage

Hi again. No it’s not pumping – every time I try and start a program and close the door, the machine clicks a couple of times, as if it’s trying to start something up, then it starts beeping and the display reads E19 😥

I also took the thin metal panel off the left-hand side and took a look there to see if there was anything obviously blocked or gunked up, but it’s pretty pristine. We’ve only had it a couple of months.

Do you have any other recommendations or suggestions?

looking on Neff site E19 is fault in dispenser

Ah ha! Okay, I guess we’ll get a Neff engineer round about it then.
