Neff S5143X0GB/45 Tap & Rinseaid light flashing

Hi,
I went to this one last week and the heat pump and pcb were faulty (Both visibly blown)
Changed both parts, then the tap & rinseaid lights flash and nothing else happens
I checked the old pcb and it had blown where the connector to the flow meter is, so I changed the flow meter yesterday but its still the same
The original fault was that the machine was dead (No lights)
Is there some way of resetting the fault codes on this or am I missing something
This lady is a nurse so would really like to get it sorted if possible

assume you have fiited correct programmed board part no 12013621

what other components are plugged in the same connector of flow meter

Hi Dave,

Yes definitely the correct board, (That part number)
as to other components I am not sure at the moment but I think it goes to the salt container from memory

since i did not see the connector damage was wondering if other components got damage

do you know what caused connector to fail as it cant be current on that connector
