Called to replace with a new lock a few days ago as the other one keep re-looking.
I received a call today saying its doing the same again. when the lock is in the correct position, close the door the machine runs ok, when the door is opened the lock keeps re locking. I have checked the machine is fitted correctly & level ect.
As anyone come across this problem please. !! John

not quite sure what you mean

checking this model it uses the later door lock that just clicks closed and open but des not have a latched on unlatched position ( part no 636708)

have you checked the hinge bearings as if they break door lowers in the frame be a few millimetres (part no 165296 )

Hi Dave, correct part fitted, customer tells me after opening the door, they can’t close it, they have to pull the catch back, then it will close again, I haven’t checked it yet.

Just a update as it may help someone else, I did change the hinge bearings as Dave advised, I left i working. customer not been in touch. John
