    Sounds like the driver circuit has died then, possibly a smd transistor, usually has a Q number. Thanks for the update anyway.

    I wouldn’t know unless I could get one into my workshop and use the scope on it. If it’s just part of the driving circuit that’s dead then it should be ok to fix. If it’s the microprocessor then there’s nothing I can do.
