    Hi,

    Our Neff dishwasher has stopped working. We set it going, came back 30 mins later and it had stopped. No lights are working on the control panel, it seems completely dead. I’ve changed the fuse where it joins the ring main, and the ECB hasn’t tripped.

    Can anyone suggest anything I can try next? Are there any user-changeable internal fuses that can be replaced?

    Possibly the main on/off switch in the control panel has failed? I recommend expert help (see link below 🙂 )

    Hi
    Back to basics.
    Find if you have the isolation switch for your appliance, usually a switched spur above worktop.
    Seen loads where cutting boards etc have been leaning against them and have fully or half activated the switch in the off position.
    Worth a look before biting the bullet as Martin said.
