    Hiya,
I have the above dishwasher and initially it would not drain and was leaking from the bottom seal. It filled fine, heated fine but just wouldn’t pump out. I manually drained it, removed filters and pump cover, soaked up all remaining water and found nothing jamming the pump.

I have replaced the seal and the pump (that was not an easy job! what’s the easy way to fit a drain pump on it?)

I put a couple of glasses of water in the base and I ran it and the drain pump kicked in straight away but carried on running when I opened the door?

Would I be correct in assuming that the PCB is at fault?

Your help would be really appreciated

Its still leaking, if the pump is running all the time then the float switch has tripped due to water in the base.

No easy way to fit drain pump.

What do you mean by ‘bottom seal’

You should never, ever ‘assume’ the PCB is faulty. 😉

    hiya, thanks for fast response.
The bottom door seal was replaced.

What do I do now? What should I check?

You need to check if there is water in the base again.

Just unplug and tilt the machine back to see if any water runs out. If it does you need to find and cure the leak.

It might be the new pump that is not seated correctly.

How do you ensure it is seated correctly? It went in place and clicked in.No water in base. 🙁
