Hello the neff S5453X0GB turns on and when the programme buttons are pressed the light to show which programme is selected light up and the display shows a dull ” _ _ ” not sure if it’s random or dependent on which button is pressed but occasionally the screen will flash brighter before returning to a low brightness, that is as far as things will go closing the door won’t start the “selected” cycle.
It did occasionally if left on decide to show the programme time on the display and subsequently start but now nothing. Really wanting to know if it’s something that will be an easy fix or if it will end up costing more than a new machine.

Try resetting the program. To do that, press the On button then simultaneously press the 2nd & 4th program buttons. Close the door and the machine should drain for 1 minute then switch itself off. Open the door and then try selecting another program. Fingers crossed!!
