Neff S5453x1gb/46 – Poor wash results

It fills then starts to wash but you can hear the top arm water sound reduce almost straight away. Took right panel off to check the motor n fan blade are secure and turning, which there are.

I believe its the diverter valve that sends the water up the rear supply tube…. is this correct?

Plus it seems to be integral with the heater unit, is this correct? Big job?

Any help would be great

Yes the diverter/heater (Part no. 00491756) is all one unit. Costs £68 direct from Neff.
