Neff S5543X1GB/13 Dishwasher no fill

Hi

We have a Neff S5543X1GB/13 Dishwasher that won’t fill.

The aquastop has locked, this was replaced and the fault remains.

I presume there is an anti-flood switch that needs to be reset. Can anyone tell me how to do it on this model.

Most likely the base of the machine is flooded 🙁 Best way to check this is to tip the machine backwards about 45 degrees to allow any water to drain out of the back (have a towel handy) *

Now if water does come out it usually means it has either an internal leak OR a water inlet blockage. Neither of which is considered a DIY fix, so you will need to call in one of us guys to take a look for you 🙂

Meanwhile you should find the machine will work quite normally, until it floods the base again 😯
