neff S5555XOGB/55 door wont close

Hi Guys
Can you help with this one. The customers son stood on the door and now the door wont close. I have looked on neffs website but I dont know which parts off the hinge to order. Have you come across this before, if so which parts shall I order.

99 times out of a 100 , it won’t be the hinge . It’ll be a bent inner door panel. I’ve done numerous faults like this when the customer or their kids have stood or fallen on the door . Look at the lower door corner edges where the hinges are screwed in – You’ll probably find it bent out of shape at that point. You could try re-forming it but i’ve never been successful . Always had to replace the inner door panel .

Timely post Paul, Going to a call tomorrow and apparently one of the kids had climbed onto the work top and fell off on to the Neff D/W door. I would have suspected hinges but will have a good look at the inner door.
