ParticipantHi guys, was called to the above slimline dishwasher – was pumping constantly, so guessed anti-flood. When I got on site, removed panels to find base dry and could see that it was actually filling up and pumping out at the same time. Would not reset and had no lights on control panel.
Replaced module and all seemed fine – left machine running as it had been standing a while. Two days later customer called to say the cycle we left it on had not completed and machine has no lights or power !!
Went back today and checked power at module – only seem to be getting 20v into the module, have continuity from mains in to switch bit only have 20v at switch !!
Im assuming everything should be 240 up to the module as with other dishwashers ??
Help !!

:hmm: Interference suppressor faulty?
Re: Initial fault, does it have an impellor jug?

No it doesn’t have an impellor jug on this model Mike.
Oh dear, I’m sorry to have to tell you that your new module is stuffed! 🙁
Likely as not caused by a duff water point motor in the heater box or dispenser solenoid? You’ll need to inspect the PCB carefully and trace the wiring toward the guilty party then replace it before sticking in a 3rd module. 😥

Thanks for the comments guys :
Looked for an interference suppressor but this does not seem to have one, unless it is built into the power lead but this is just listed as “power lead with terminal block” – can you explain the 20v at the switch and module – surely this is not right !
Thanks again

The mains filter is adjacent the mains terminal block, some attached directly behind and later ones just alongside and to the left as you look at it with the right hand side panel removed.
You should get the full monty (240v) at the on/off switch so maybe mice have been nibbling somewhere between the two? Mains filters either work of blow up, no half measures there. 😕

Have you checked that you are actually getting 240v at the socket or tried a different socket – also this machine has a connector for the door cables at the front of the base tray and these may be worth a check.
