NEFF Semi – Integrated Dishwasher S4456N3GB/35

Good afternoon all,

Wondering if anyone can assist in a problem with the above m/c?

The lower spray arm will not rotate, although the upper does, and water pressure seems fine.

Little experience with dishwashers, and wonder where to begin!

Sounds like the diverter valve in the heater box and only comes complete Pt No. 488856. not a 5 minute job as the machine needs to be stripped down and if you search I think Martin has put a how to on this site.

Removed and renewed heater unit to cure problem.

Was unable to locate “how to” on site, but good job done.
