Neff showing F04

    Not been out to this machine yet and don’t have an ENR number.

    Reading a few posts here suggests a pump fault but on page 8 of the fault code bible it has F04 as a motor (no tacho signal) fault. 😕

    So , which is it?

    Looking through the choices, it’s motor, no drain or heating when it shouldn’t. Assuming it’s a washer built by Bosch and not A SMEGGY one, in which case, in which case it’s an NTC error…….

    Went this morning, twas the pump, coins, clips etc removed but pump not too happy, will need a new one if only I can find the part number.

    Genuine = 144483
    Qualtex = PMP250 (including filter body)
    Qualtex = PMP230 (askoll pump only)
