Neff single oven – Fan function & bottom lights not working.

Hi, I run a small oven cleaning business.

I cleaned a single Neff oven (E-Nr B1644N0GB 03 FD 8511) last Thurs. The bulb had gone, so I replaced it with a 25w one.
The customer contacted me on Sunday to say that when she used it for the first time, the bulb blew, thus resulting in the RCD tripping.
I told her to remove the faulty bulb and then everything should work fine.
Unfortunately she said the fan function and the 2 halogen lamps at the bottom of the oven (it’s one of those fancy Neffs) are now not working.

What could be the cause of this? And how can it be fixed?

Has the customer reset the clock with a time?

if the clock is not set with a time the oven will not work

Hate to tell you this but I suspect the PC board has blown! 🙁

The clock has been set yes.
Can the PC board be replaced Martin?
