Neff Single Oven – Grill and Oven wont heat B1920wogb/02

How do everyone,

I have a Neff Oven, Model Number B1920wogb/02, which has now stopped heating up altogether.

The fan still runs and the clock still works. Have checked the clock to ensure that its not on automatic or any other setting that would interfere with heating.

Checked for a manual online (including one from the Neff website) but as the oven is 17 years old i think i might be pushing it.

Spoken to a friend who says it might be a “Thermal Fuse” but i thought i best ask the experts to make sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If neither the grill NOR the fan element work then the Thermal Fuse is the culprit.
