E-Nr B45E54N0GB/01 when the door is opened it pops off the roller wheels, the only thing I can find is a bit of play on the cast housing with the bearing rollers that attaches to the rail at the bottom of the door.
is there any common problems with these doors?

    cheers paul

There’s a couple of things. The earlier models had problems with the rollers being the wrong shape. The door would occasionally pop off the rollers , normally when the customer was a bit heavy handed with opening or closing the door. The fix is new hinges which have been modified. If you fit a set , the easiest way is to turn the oven upside down.
The other thing that caused the door to ‘un-locate’ was if the bottom panel was bent in any way and catching the lower edge of the door. Putting in the fixing screw was the normal cure for that one.
