neff sms4472gb/14 – sticking in cycles

Hi, this dishwasher is sticking at various points in the cycle, the only possible fault i can find is due to a square shape cut-out/ntc? to the right side front which has no measurement and is open circuit.

Could this be the cause? if not i am suspecting the timer to be at fault.
Any ideas please?

Thanks, i have used that site many times but am unsure if this is possible to be a timer fault, also am unable to locate that cut-out or sensor at the moment on their site.

Give ’em a ring. They should be able to help you find the part even if it’s missing from the diagram. That’s their job.
