Neff steam oven water detection problem

Hi all

We have a Neff combi steam oven (sorry will post E-nr as soon as poss) which will not work. The refill water indicator is on all the time even after refilling the tank. The water level indicators in the tank itself seem to be working fine so I don’t think it’s them.

I’m guessing it’s a limescale build up issue (the water in this area is particularly hard) which is blocking the water going into the oven, but unfortunately we can’t run the descale mode as the machine won’t function at all when it thinks it has no water.

Any ideas gratefully received!

I think I am having the same problem as you, with your Neff steam oven. Did you ever get it fixed? What was the problem and how did they fix it.
