    The cyrotherm appears to have stopped functioning on our oven. The oven still works and gets to the required temperatures but takes much longer than it did before.

    The little cyrotherm light has stopped functioning as have the two lights above the top oven

    Can anyone help me with this one?

    Is the cooking fan at the rear of the oven rotating?

    Yes and no!

    it seems to be sticking – when i take the back plate off it works (but no light) but when i put the back plate in position it tends to stick but i cant see or hear any evidence of it rubbing against the back plate

    Sounds like you need a new fan motor assy then.
