Neff u1422NOGB/03 oven knob loose

I’m a bit puzzled on this one so hopefully someone can help.The main oven knob and thermostat are detached from the facia panel and yet I can see no broken bits which would indicate the part I need to order. I also cannot see how the assembly which the thermostat fixes to clips to the metal facia. Am I missing something obvious ?

Thanks A1 I thought that would be the culprit.Would you be kind enough to let me know if it should clip to the two metal lugs behind the facia ?

Ordered a guide for this oven but unfortunately to no avail. I now think the part required is the plastic support that clips onto the guide. It also looks like this comes with the facia at quite a price 😯 . This part seems to sandwich between the two plys of the facia panel, if that makes sense ?
Could anyone confirm this is the case please ?
