Neff U1462s2gb/01 no neutral at main oven

Hi all this one stopped main oven not working , can’t find neutral also the live at the timer and selector switch and stat is 89 v to ground is this right , its 238 v when paired with neutral ,, small relay board with a resistor by the timer with 220v in , but nothing coming out, anyone ??

take a careful look at the selector sw as neutral is normally switched through one of the contacts
