    I have a NEFF double oven, suddenly the fan doesn’t turn off on the top oven/grill is this a thermostat fault? or, if not, does anyone know what the issue could be?

    It’s likely to be the Thermal Cut Out adjacent that fan at fault. Testing it from cold it should be open circuit.
